Growing up Denise was always quieter and more sensitive than others. Her quietness was a gift that would allow her to develop her deep observation skills and understand human behaviour beyond her years. Driven by the desire to be a leader and travel the world, Denise became an accountant and joined the “corporate world”, where she got to live this dream for almost two decades.
However, life was not how she imagined it would feel when she reached this stage in her life. She began to feel lost and trapped, as a deeper more creative part of her wanted to be set free. She recalls a key moment where she proclaimed to herself “My voice is needed beyond these four walls”.
It was this key statement that drove her into a deep personal journey of self discovery and self mastery. She was adamant she was going to find her voice again. She had always been quite intuitive, but when she found herself without a clear direction, for the first time, it was new territory she had to learn to navigate.
Denise started Bravely Speaking to share her insights to support others to also connect to their own voices and their own innate wisdom and to find the courage to share this in the world. Denise is a firm believer we all have the wisdom within to guide us. The more we are aligned within ourselves the less we are swayed by external currents.
