Especially during these new times where it can often feel hard to believe anything we hear – many people are turning inward and seeking their own hearts wisdom, feeling a deeper sense of connection and a renewed sense of empowerment.

Have you found yourself questioning your own voice, wondering whether it’s intuition or ego or have you talked yourself out of following an idea? 

You’re not alone. This is by far one of the hardest parts of our personal journeys to trust that wisdom within ourselves.

A lot of what we learn is from others and we often want really clear instructions and messages which is driven more from our masculine energy, whereas the more subjective feminine awareness comes through from practice and experience, learning to hear our own messages and signs.

In this program you’ll learn how to recognise the messages and begin to take steps toward building that trust with your own wisdom or essence. 

We will untether ourselves form the past that keeps us stuck or avoiding what we know is true.

In this 7-week quest with transformational teacher and coach Denise Silk, you’ll receive warm guidance and a supportive community of fellow brave hearts at your side as you learn to trust your own voice and step toward the messages of your heart with greater confidence and certainty.
